I grew up in Gaithersburg/Germantown. If there is any thing more beautiful than the world covered in cherry blossoms, I know not what it is.

Terry Rowe replied:

Thank you Tamara! When the mass of cherry trees bloom the world is indeed beautiful as you said.

Artist's Description

Looking up through the cherry blossoms into the early spring sky. Washington, DC has a spectacular grouping of cherry trees - and they all bloom in the early spring creating an incredible display. The best time for viewing them is any time, but I prefer the early morning when the light is just beginning to brighten the sky.
